Payment:

• Goods remain the property of Prints of Pets until payment in full has been received.

• Errors or shortages must be notified within 2 days.

• Guarantees on goods will be that of individual manufacturers.

• Payment for orders by credit card, debit card or PayPal only.

Returns/Refunds

• If an order is cancelled up to the time of its despatch a full refund will be given.

• Unwanted items may be returned up to 4 days after delivery and will be refunded as long as they are unused, undamaged, re-saleable and returned in their original packaging.

• Faulty or damaged items will be refunded or replaced if returned within 21 days of delivery in suitable packaging to prevent further damage.

• Prints of Pets will not be responsible for postage costs of returning unwanted items unless they are damaged or faulty.
